Uber efficient on the few times I've attended. Staff seem happy and pleased to see you. I bet you'll never guess who i bumped into on my last visit??? Everybody!!!!

Best experience in an opticians I have ever had. Friendly efficient staff, best service ever. I will definitely be using them next time I need an eye or hearing test. Thank you.

The main staff are excellent but the optician that I saw made me feel I was wasting her time refused to even look at my cataract that had got worse since my last check with a good male optician. She told me it wouldn't have got worse in 3 weeks but believe me it has!! So the fact she couldn't even be bothered to look, had no idea what it looked like told me she didn't care and doesn't have a compassionate bone in her body. As I got up to leave she changed her tune and said we can do another sight check for glasses but that's not what I needed all I wanted was her to shine the light in my eye and have a look at the cataract. She even had the cheek to say if it gets any worse to come back! THAT WAS THE WHOLE POINT OF MY VISIT! I am concerned why I have cataracts in my 30s WHICH IS VERY RARE and I may not be able to do my job because of it so some compassion would have been nice. How would she feel if she might lose her job and livelihood? I certainly won't be going back and the rest of the family will be changing opticians which is a shame because the rest of the staff are nice
