        Both my wife and I have attempted to book a optician home eye test as our father has severe mobility issues and poor health, and desperately needs a pair of glasses. We have repeatedly completed the online form to request this and always receive back "Your request for Specasvers home visit has been received, thank you".we have completed the same form for months, however, have never had a reply from anyone. My wife put in a complaint and again no response. Extremely poor customer service. Very disappointing

        The staff and optician worked well together. The optician deserves a special thanks for honing in on my needs. Choosing frames and collection of the glasses was again a good process with very attentive and obviously well trained staff.

        Decent optician and incredible service from one of the staff, who when a delivery to Bridport was missed made a pair up at short notice and delivered them to my door the same day, so I could use them for a training course the next day. Outstanding customer care.
