        Used this company quite regularly, never had an issue. However my last order was quite a big one, there were 100 syringes missing and some new scales. Having emailed them and explained the situation, no reply. So I emailed again, still no answer. Not very good service considering I'm a repeat customer. Heard the same reports off a few people lately too. Dont seem to bother resolving any situation whatsoever. Won't be ordering again, gone downhill massively. Shame really.

        Have been buying from them 4 years. Never had a problem. Yesterday i got my order and they send me different syringes that i order. However they respond within 24 hours and already send a replacement. I am really surprised how professional they are. Wish other companies have same approach to customers!!! Don't believe other comments, they always replied to me straight away next day. Big thank you guys
