Web site not available. No email address. I have a quick query which would take 2 minutes to answer if I could email. No doubt I will have to wait until the office is open and try to telephone. Hope somebody answers..

Very poor site - why no email address? Much more efficient for communication. I am having enough trouble trying to communicate with Amazon to get a problem solved - there must be someone, somewhere who can help and not hid behind all these different titles and headings that get you nowhere, trying to look all efficient.

As a local Councillor I wanted to speak to a Trading Standards officer. I found the lengthy telephone message irritating and not consumer-friendly. I also am too busy to sit around waiting for a return call so your officer will then have to leave a message for me - this could go on ad-infinitum................
