        Abysmal communication. I used the website contact form to approach this company. When I did not receive any reply I rang and explained that I would like like some advice and that I had not received a reply to my web form message. The receptionist took my details and told me that I would be contacted when someone was available. I waited 2 days and had no response, so approached a different company, who responded immediately.
