Amazingly friendly and helpful staff on the phone and even nicer when delivered. Living in a small village we can't usually get food deliveries but fantastic that Direct Pizza and Kebab did. The food was delicious, hot and on time!

The manager literally just told me to shut up on the phone. Rude as anything. Also can't pay without a "link" sent to your phone how dodgy is that! Then if you read all the responses to any negative reviews you can see the distinctly bad levels of customer services really speaks for itself. In response I am told that I must have been drunk - jokes on you sir I don't actually drink. I told you your payment link wasn't working & that I was surprised to be sent it as you used to be able to pay by card over the phone or in store & pointed out that not everyone was technical minded & you told me that no no you never could. You then said oh no you no listen to me you used to. I tried to ascertain whether my order had been placed or the payment was having issues as it had been stuck spinning for 5 mins you told me that was not possible (probably best not accuse the people who put money in your grubby pockets of lieing) I got sick of being shouted at by someone I was trying to order overpriced junk food from told younit was bull which by the way it is so you shouted shut up at me. Sorry I've worked in catering 10 years taken far worse than I gave you & would never have even considered lowering myself to tell a customer to shut up.

Food is OK but made worse by the delivery guy asking for a tip. Left a bad taste in my mouth. (Appreciate the response - there's already a service fee for delivery so tips should not be expected. I do tip delivery drivers/restaurants I'm familiar with who give good service. But as a new customer, the last thing I want is to be pressured in to tipping. Sorry to be so negative since the food itself was good!)
