        House is ok. Maintenance has always been poor. It's about time hastoe sold off to tenents. If you need to contact customer services then make sure you have a lot of patience because the main customer service teams must be all on vacation 365 days a year. Will be very interesting to see what the performance stats for this quarter are.

        Raw sewage pouring out of drain outside my back door.No reply from Hastoe hub. Reported to out of hours emergency. Eventually after about 6 phone calls one lasting a half hr to a London phone number, because she was working from home, I managed to get someone to say that they would send someone out. Which they did. Unlocked about 5 drains. Now sewage is neatly piled up and drying in the sun surrounding the drain cover. WeDisowhcointermitten
