    I've had vaccinations here previously and most recently had an appointment for my autumn covid booster. As a frontline health worker I want to say thank you and show my appreciation for the kind staff and efficient service. My experience here has always been positive despite all the pressure the team face. Many thanks

    Autumn booster on Friday last & my experience was so awful it left me in tears. The vile female who administered my vaccine, didnt acknowledge me when I entered, rolled her eyes at every question & tutted when I advised her I was also booked in for the flu jab. Her body language was shocking & her demeanour towards me was downright awful. She told me she couldnt find my details for the flu jab & to go & queue up again. Knowing I had been booked in for it, I said Id wait for the details to come through - I was advised to do what I liked, she wasnt going to give it to me & turned her back on me. I was so upset that the manager came over to me & I ended up having the flu jab with another member of the team, who also had trouble finding my details but traced it by my NHS number - I was told that this could have been done by the first member of staff. I was so upset with how I was treated that I didnt get any details of the staff member nor do I know what Covid vaccine I was given as it was only later I realised she didnt advise me. She obviously didnt want to be there & should clearly rethink her position. The volunteers & other staff were efficient & kind but the whole experience has left me feeling numb.
