Cheryl has repaired two high end baseball caps for me now, both at different times. She has always been very helpful and communicative. The entire process was done online and through the post. It was really difficult to find someone that was willing to help with the repair of high end baseball caps, so I was really happy to find Cheryl online. Everything was done to a very high standard and I would have no trouble recommending her.
