Sometimes a great experience, and other times a really tedious experience... The nurses are always brillaint! Some GPs are amazing and one in particular is very rude! Instead of listening to a patient and gathering information of their symptoms. He talks over you and decides this is what is wrong with you, I feel he has an agenda to throw as many pills at you as possible and as many jabs as he can! I came in for a broken wrist; which turns out to be my elbow (thanks X-Ray). The whole time this Dr keeps bringing up the COVID jabs, I've had four now and don't want anymore! What does my mashed up arm have to do with this? I don't need Co-Codamol for a broken elbow either... Some of the Administrative team are lovely and others aren't really compassionate enough for this field of work. I have a friend with a mental disability. I always have to phone on his behalf, as some of the staff aren't at all patient with him. He struggles to speak quickly and sometimes mixes up words.... Some of the staff aren't as dextrous on the job as others, perhaps their just new... Most of the time everything goes well! But since covid things aren't so great. One Doctor; I've met on three occasions has been very rude and unhelpful. Especially recently A COVID JAB won't cure a broken elbow! So I wouldn't ever see this one Doctor again...

Ever since you have been involved in malthouse meadow surgery everything has gone downhill its disgusting that you cant even get an appointment because you take on different postcodes. No othee surgery takes on postcodes from other areas . Lack of drs Lack of service Utter disappointment.

Repeatedly refused appointments and always told to call back at 8am even though you can even be put in a queue until 8:30, join the queue from 8:31 and still get refused care and told to call back. Examples of refusal is being turned down help for a fever of 40 degrees for 24 hours due to needing antibiotics that cannot be prescribed because apparently no appointments ever exist. Even when told by 111 to request and emergency appointment they still refuse.
