        I have been at Queens Avenue for 5 years now and have always found the staff really friendly and helpful. I have never had trouble getting an appointment when I've needed them and my registered GP has been extremely kind, compassionate and caring. I feel I am in very safe hands!

        We moved to Dorchester only recently and joined Queens Avenue Surgery. The doctors and reception staff are amazing and I couldn't recommend more.

        Changed to this doctors surgery recently due to moving location. Im so impressed by how friendly reception are and how easy it is to get through on the phone. All I hear recently is people complaining about how difficult it is to see a GP, I have seen the GP 4 times since changing surgery, and the most Ive waited for an appointment is 2 days (and would have probably been sooner if I hadnt reassured reception it wasnt urgent). I have always felt like whoever I have seen has taken their time, listened and explained and not rushed me with is very appreciated especially given the very small amount of time they are given per patient.
