        I think a lot of the bad reviews on here are unjust. I moved from Bournemouth a couple of years ago and trying to get through to a surgery there was actually impossible. At the Atrium they always answer the phone very quickly and deal with any questions or problems in a quick and efficient manner. Yes, occasionally there are a few hiccups but nothing that can't be sorted. I mostly use the Crossways branch and I have nothing but praise for them. Everyone from the receptionists to the nurses to the GPs all work incredibly hard and give great care.

        For myself I can't fault anyone at this surgery. I've always managed to get appointments, get phone call back. Reception staff are helpful. Dr Ridlington is fantastic. All doctors I find are great.
