Watson Fuels (Dorchester)

Have been a customer for over 30 years. Ordered fuel 5 weeks ago, given 3 delivery dates, but fuel did not turn up. No explanation given by Watson and left with no further delivery plan. Customer service are not at all helpful, except for when it came to cancelling contract, which they did easily with no question as to why. One agent seemed hell bent on blaming me for not telling them we needed a 4 wheel truck, not withstanding the facts we have had innumerable deliveries in the past. It goes on and on and is unbelievably bad but i won't bore you.... Just don't use them. I phoned western fuel and had a delivery within 20 hours and a lot cheaper! Should have ditched them when they were taken over by a multinational company.

Ordered and paid (~500) for delivery on or before 29th December. Sat here over a week later with no oil, no heating or hot water. They have my money, I dont have oil. Ive received no contact from them and Im unable to get through on the phone and no response to email contact. Criminal. Avoid at all costs.

i have been a loyal customer with Watson Fuels for years but after they failed to deliver oil last week leaving us without fuel for over 7 days and no delivery date promised I have closed our account in utter disgust. This is the poorest customer service I have encountered from the highest priced oil supplier around Dorchester. The message is loud and clear, the management at Watsons clearly dont care about their customers and have no interest in providing an essential service that has a direct impact on peoples well being! Avoid this supplier at all costs!
