        Have been attending I direct training for the past week and not only has it been informative and totally helpful to my new post. But it has been really enjoyable mainly due to the excellent way that the two trainers have passed on the training methods in a very thorough and relaxed way. Add to that the people on the course, all very different characters the whole week has been perfect. Thank you to Matt and Kate for a great welcome to I direct independent living.

        I've just joined i-direct, having left a large, national, supported living care provider. The induction training is superb, in-depth and face to face, unlike some companies who still use Microsoft Teams. Everyone I've spoken to in care rate i-direct as a good employer and it is for this reason as to why I joined them.
