St Johns Dental Practice

Over six months ago I sent an email of a complaint to the practice but they did not have the courtesy to reply. On that email I said I was going to leave the practice. I then received an appointment text 6 months later? Contacted practice to speak to the practice manager and she was on leave and was told she would telephone me when she returns. Suprise suprise I have heard nothing. What is going on with the practice you would think they would try to resolve your issues. It's called customer service!!!!!

Good service. Friendly and helpful Receptionist. I have a fear of dentists but the lady I saw was reassuring, calm and put me at ease. I feel I can trust her which is so important. I now do not dread my next appointment.

Excellent staff, shame about the long waiting times. Although it does give me time to catch up on emails.
