This shop won't allow you to spend less than 5 using a card. This is actually in breach of visa's ts&Cs for card vendors as they clearly state they cannot set a minimum spend to be a vendor. Maybe I'll report them

There is a srilankan/indian guy there who is so so rude,I have gone to give my parcel, he almost shouted at me for bringing a big parcel in at afternoon, I was nearly shocked that he could have said politely to bring it next morning but this has been ongoing I have tried to ignore it so far but this is an ongoing habit of his, the owner doesn't take any action either, if this shopkeeper is so angry he should go take therapy & treatment rather than unnecessarily taking out anger on customers.This is his job, he is not doing favours on us by taking our parcels. He has always made me stressed about going to this shop tbh. Not only that he asked me to go to a different evri shop, who is he to tell me that? Its my choice wherever I feel convenient to give my parcels. This is unacceptable & I will take relevant action against this unacceptable behavior of his. This is seriously not acceptable to treat Brewery Square residents like this. This shop should be closed if they have issues with big parcels/ or certain times they can take parcels at. Hermes should take action against this & I will inform them about this issue. This person shuts me off if I go in afternoon or evening as if I did a crime by bringing a parcel. Not only that he is not honest about prices, charging extra for items and in return not giving back the actual change. If this goes on, this is seriously bringing bad name to a decent place like Brewery Square.
