        Extremely poor service received from council tax ( just had a major miscalculation) and very poor waste service delivery( failure to provide bins ) . All round communication is very poor for every dept. Emails left unanswered, cant speak to anyone. A joke.

        Useless communication. No one wants to do anything. If there was less than one star I would put a minus star rating. No department wants to take any responsibility or work together within the council offices. What are they doing? as we are all paying for these services.

        Wouldn't bother contacting them if there's a child in danger. Jackie the "consultant social worker" couldn't care less about what I had to say. Clearly just wanted to get rid of me as quick as possible. Useless service, nothing protects children anymore!
