        Went to collect Sar Nav update memory stick and the man who dealt with us from the parts department helped us as much as he could but for 107 and a supposedly prestigious organisation I feel there should have been a superior he could have been able to go to for help I had to "play it by ear" to find out if it had updated. Hopefully, it has.

        Bad experience with this company! I have never experienced this before. Bought a car from them had a problem sent it back and they sent it back to me with damage and did not do a good repair. They then deny it after the sale don't want to know you. If I was you I would buy from Leicester mini. Hope I've saved someone from buying from this company
