The staff were friendly and helpful. The information we were given was accurate and straightforward to understand. The price we were given at the start was exactly right. The service and MOT was completed on the time predicted. Good refreshments available free. Everything clean an tidy.

We have recently bought a 2008 which we are very happy with. We dealt with David and he was very helpful and not pushy at all. Answered all our questions and was very friendly. We have bought 2 previous cars from them and always go back there for servicing. Again very professional and polite.

My 3008 started to develop a fault and I managed to drive it into Howards without warning . They were so helpful and offered to get it looked at as soon as they could . Not only that they offered me a lift home whilst the car was being repaired (outstanding Service ) Next morning they phoned to announce the car was ready to be collected with fault repaired . Turned up at dealership and found the car washed and hoovered also . Overall the service goes above and beyond the standard you would expect from a garage , so credit where its due . I would highly recommend Howards of Dorchester , thank you all for a really top service .
