Waste of time. Having submitted a contact form on the website, I received no contact. Consequently I called Mr Williams to advise that we were in requirement of architectural drawings for a substantial extension proposal plus extras. Mr Williams did not want to visit our property or even view from the outside to assist in his professional opinion. I therefore agreed to email Mr Williams, details of our property for him to provide a quotation and opinion on drawings etc. Again, no response, waited and eventually called Mr Williams to confirm that he had received my emails and photos of the property. I was advised that I would be contacted in a couple of days with a price for his services. That was over two weeks ago and guess what. No response, zero communication. We have now instructed an extremely helpful architect to commence with drawing out extension plans. I would dread to think what the ongoing communication is like with Mr Williams if he was instructed to act as the clients architect. Poor show. It costs nothing to be polite. I would look elsewhere to prospective customers. This process is stressful enough without constantly chasing and running into issues.

Neil Williams has been a massive support to us with our extension build this year. Quite honestly I don't know what we would have done without his services. He is extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him. If, like me, you are inexperienced in development and could do with someone to do all the complicated paperwork then Neil Williams building consultancy are definitely worth a call.
