Hepworth Blinds Dorchester

We have had blinds installed to all windows in our newbuild home and curtains to 4 of those. Hepworth Blinds have been extremely helpful at all stages and we are extremely pleased with the results. I am rather bemused by the negative reviews which have certainly not been our experience. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Had to wait over a month just to get a measure and quote, gave up in the end. A company based on Poundbury cant visit a property on Poundbury for over a month. Other companies were much more engaging and prompt from further afield. Didnt seem to care that I cancelled after such a long wait. Such a shame as have done business with them when they were Bargain Blinds, much more efficient and customer caring.

I have been emailing back and forth for over 4 months now about my ordered blinds, to be given conflicting information. Initially I was told my blinds would be ready in 5 weeks - I still have not had them fitted, but Hepworth do still have my money. My last email was asking for a full update and if cannot be provided I want a full refund, to which they have not answered to date. As a customer, I would have expected to be updated about an order I had made, rather than be told well let you know and to still hear nothing. I feel I have had the run around with conflicting responses to my emails over the 4 months. I am very disappointed with this company and would not recommend them because of their lack of customer service.
