Love my nails!! Had a manicure and luxury pedicure with Caitlin - finished off with Shellac. Her attention to detail was superb and the whole experience was very enjoyable and relaxing .. Thank you!

***Updated*** A few weeks after writing my negative review I got a call from Janet, the owner of classic beauty, who apologised for my negative experience and wanted to make it right by offering me a free treatment, so I accepted. I was so happy that I did, I was given an absolutely amazing massage by a lovely lady called Christine, this lady clearly has magical hands and a fantastic technique as there was no comparison between the last massage and this one. I suffer greatly from fibromyalgia and I don't know what she did but whatever it was relieved my pain so much to the point where I didn't take any pain relief which I usually have to rely heavily on. The room I was placed in was also alot better as it had dimmed lights, was quiet and relaxing and I really managed to switch off! A much better experience this time so I have changed my rating, mainly to reflect the incredible treatment that was delivered by the love Christine! ***First review*** I had a back, neck and shoulder massage, which I felt was mainly back, a little bit of shoulders and not really the neck at all, which was the main bit I was looking forward to! It was a very young girl that did the massage so perhaps lack of experience? Unfortunately, I didn't get the relaxed experience I had been hoping for, as it was pretty difficult to switch off with the noise of the traffic outside, the phone ringing very loudly downstairs and people talking outside the room, constantly! The music was also not very relaxing at all. I have had many massages at different places, sadly this was one of the worst I've had. Don't get me wrong, it was ok, but as a busy mother of 3 who doesn't really get a chance to do this very often, I was very much looking forward to a lovely treat and feel that it was all a bit if a waste. Wouldn't recommend and won't be using again.

Having never had a manicure before, I was put at ease and relaxed. The treatment meant my hands felt wonderful after months of hand gel and gardening and my nails looked better than I have ever seen before . I will go again
