I have had a few challenges lately and needed advice. I would like to say a huge thanks to Amanda and the team at Natwest for their support, kindness and understanding. A great branch of Natwest.

I have needed to pop into the Natwest in Dorchester a few times in the last few weeks for a few reasons and every single time the customer service is amazing. The staff in there are so helpful and friendly. I wish i'd started banking with Natwest sooner.

Overall I have always found the staff in NatWest really helpful, what is unhelpful though is the fact they are closed on Saturdays. I currently need to go into branch with my daughter, who is at school the rest of the week and I am left with no option to get her bank account sorted until she breaks up for summer holiday(July). I don't understand why banks would not at least open until midday on Saturdays to help working people who can't get to the bank during week days. I understand its mostly accepted people bank online, but sometimes you need to see someone for certain banking issues.
