Felt uncomfortable today depositing some money. Before we were served a white haired member of staff was eye balling me as she was assisting someone else, for what reason I'm unsure. First question I asked when being served she felt very hostile and couldn't help add my husband to an account because there was no one in the building that could do it. The other member of staff next to her seemed puzzled by this and whilst there may be some truth to it, it doesn't seem a good way to operate, especially when I'd made a special visit whilst ill following an online chat that told me to go into store specifically. When able to work I'm usually in the weymouth branch and they are lovely so I'll continue to use that branch from now on for all endeavours. I just wanted to be out of this branch tbh.
