        Booked a taxi for an airport run - turned up 40 minutes late. Barely made our flight. They only offered to send a back up car after 30 mins had passed, but fortunately our original taxi soon arrived. Definitely wouldnt book again.

        Phoned them at extremely short notice due to an airline cancellation (thanks, Easyjet!) and they had a car on their way to us within minutes. I subsequently did not need this car due to a complete change in logistics plan and they immediately cancelled without complaint. Really appreciate the help from you guys, fantastic customer service and will definitely use you in the future!

        Excellent service every time. The drivers are really friendly, great drivers and charge very reasonable fees. The admin staff are also fantastic and help sort out any enquiry or request. Highly recommended. Thank you Helen's Cars.
