Needed septic tank emptying - Bates were there the next day, professional, friendly and helpful tanker driver did a perfect job, took time to answer some questions, and all sorted for barely more than a local fellow I'd been recommended but who never actually came to do the job or got back to me. Will definitely go straight to Bates for future tank emptyings.

I use Bates to empty our septic tank - I did not know that they also have a drain clearing service. My plumber 4th Generation Plumbing told me - contacted the office answered phone straight away friendly efficient service explained what they do took payment and informed me that the engineer would contact me when he was on his way. Sure enough late afternoon I received a call to say he was on his way. The engineer arrived what a lovely friendly lad he is - very professional in his work he lifted manhole covers and diagnosed the problem and the location of the blockage in no time - he dealt with it washed through the pipes refitted the covers cleaned up. I could not recommend Bates highly enough and the engineer who was a pleasure to meet and a credit to the business. Thank you. Service: Drain cleaning
