Polite and easy to get through to them. The alarm system works fine. Pay 100+ fee for yearly 15 minutes maintenance which I feel is pretty hefty. I also had an issue with the app not working after about a year. They wanted 90 for someone to come out to have a look, despite the technical department advising our info had just disappeared from their cloud (after a second call to chase up on the issue). Our alarm system was working fine otherwise so we decided not to go ahead with that payment and wait for it to be checked with the yearly maintenance. However, the app was magically working again within a week. Not sure why we should have to pay if they are able to fix it without payment - not very ethical.

This company doesn't train their staff on the law properly. A GBSG security officer named Dave working in Spalding council office tries to inforce his own laws regarding photography in public.
