James was professional at all times and answered queries promptly and quickly produced an excellent building plan of our proposed kitchen extension . James kept us up to date and we were fully informed throughout the planning process . James was extremely helpful in giving us guidance and advice when we asked about additional minor changes to our kitchen plans. James really listened to what we wanted and took all the details and did appropriate drawings, got all the right permissions, even when Covid got in the way. Not only did he do all that, but he was great at keeping us informed of progress and was realistic about time scales. Worth every penny!
