Ordered a Conservatory from Roundbrand and had a discrepancy with what I ordered and what I received. Tried several times to get it sorted by ringing customer care no one rings you back if I hadnt already paid a deposit on a front door I got from them I would have cancelled it. Would definitely not use them again. Lets hope nothing goes wrong with anything because I anticipate a nightmare getting it put right. This is an add on to my first review regarding your reply, first of all I know what I ordered because I had a full blown discussion about what I had previously which was panels with Joanne at Rotherham and said I wanted glass in the cheeses, Second regarding the paperwork I signed the roof section which is the only place the cheeses are mentioned says planibel (which is glass) there is no planibel in the roof so assumed it was for the cheeses hence me signing. Thirdly the bad review was also about no one getting back to me after ringing numerous times and being told that someone would look into it and call me back which to me is really bad customer service.

I want to say massive thanks to Dale Howarth from sales for all the help during the purchase process of the windows. We are very pleased with windows quality and Paul & his team one of the recommended fitters did absolutely brilliant job with fitting these for us. I am really impressed with quality of job delivered especially that two of our windows were converted from bay to flat!
