Always amazing service. Been using their products for over 18months and seen the company go from strength to strength. Only ever had 1 problem (which wasn't their fault) but they went above and beyond to help me get it sorted. Always my go to supplier for all my craft blanks. Ordered from this company a few times now for printed mugs, unfortunately I have had issues with my order on each occasion. There doesn't seem to be any consistency with their printing despite ordering a few mugs at a time they never seem to be anywhere close to being the same as each other, for example mugs being printed where the design is larger than others or not in the same place on the mug, where I would expect the design to be centered. I order to sell from my small business but I cannot sell some of the mugs I received due to the inconsistencies unfortunately, so have wasted my money. The customer service I received isn't the best, they can become defensive and don't seem to want to know where I am coming from. I've simply been told that different people do the printing so some turn out differently, however I don't feel that it is unreasonable to think that team would work to the same standards and printing guidelines.
