Darren Hughes of D Hughes Welldrillers Ltd was asked by me to visit and inspect a well that needs specialist filling. He has courteously answered all of my phone calls and emails and given freely of his time answering my many questions with regard to the work entailed - unfortunately we have not got as far as accepting his quote and due to circumstances outside of Darren's control it is unlikely that we will be able to. Such a shame!

We used this company 12 years ago for a bore hole, service has been trouble free for that whole time. We highly recommended them for their knowledge, service and professionalism.

Excellent service had a break down today with the pressure vessel only contacted the company this morning and they were with us just after 7pm with a replacement part. We are now all up and running again. Can not praise them enough. This is the first break down we have had after they installed the system 30 years ago. Really could not recommend this company enough

We absolutely recommend Darren and David to anyone wanting to drill a borehole. Despite being faced with an extremely challenging location in terms of access (two other drilling companies rejected the work), Darren and David were unfazed and tackled the job with a relentless 'can do' positive attitude. The borehole was completed to a very high standard which is not surprising considering the wealth of experience they have accrued over many years. The proof of this lies in the fact that the borehole they drilled for us has perfect PH without the need for balancing medium to be added into the filtration system. This is in contrast to a neighbour's borehole no more than 50 yards away which runs too acidic. Darren and David simply know how to drill a borehole correctly.
