From making what was a very difficult call, speaking to the lady on reception to Vicky's visit, I was handled with empathy and compassion. I can't recommend serenity highly enough. Flash, my dog hated going in the car, so to take him for his final journey in a car to a veterinary clinic would have been very stressful. This made an awful situation much easier. Amazing service by Vicky during such a turmoil and heartbreaking time for me and the family. Thank you for making cocos end of life very peaceful, surrounded by family, with reassurance of comfort. So much clarity and care came from Vicky and would highly recommend. Vicky came to our home and performed the procedure all the way to Gainsborough and was very appreciated by us all. She was understanding and comforting.

Serenity Vet Services offered a caring, professional service to me, my family and our pet dog. They showed nothing but excellence during this difficult time from the very first phone call, to the euthanasia procedure and then on to returning Pip's ashes. I would definitely recommend this service, and have nothing but high praise for them.

Exactly what we was looking for, sadly our lovely sprocker aged 15 just couldn't go on. We didn't fancy putting him through a trip to the vets , and wanted better for him . Serenity vet services were first class, very patient and very caring, I can not recommend them highly enough, we also had our sprocker cremated separately and serenity returned his ashes, promptly, in a lovely container. Thank you for making our toughest day , a little bit more bearable.
