Dreadful vets if I could give zero stars I would, my rat was dying and I was met by a vet who did not care for my rat and pretty much told me how he didnt have a clue what to do as he had only done 1 module on rodents, I also had a poorly cat that needed a surgery I couldnt afford or he needed to be put to sleep they wouldnt allow me in the room to be with my cat when he was out to sleep and they only cared about the money after strictly care about money and the patients next I understand its a business but these animals no matter how small or big are our best friends and should be treated as such

I really wish I could put zero stars, I do not know how they are still open, they let us down badly when my dog was put to sleep, only card about the money, the vet we had was so cold and uncaring, please avoid and use a reputable vets

Its hard to get to the place now they have shut 2 of them! The prices are ridiculous! I'm there all the time with the same problem with my dog even after doing what they tell me. think its time to look for a new vet.
