Arundell Veterinary Care, Kirk Sandall

It's the first time we've used this vet, and we will never go anywhere else! Amazing girls on reception, and very thorough check for our puppy Enya from the vet! Highly recommended.

Have previously used Arundell in toll bar, who I found to be good. However how things have changed, couldnt get in to toll bar so went to Kirk sandal, to experience 25 minutes delay on appointments and a curt I have no idea response when I asked how long it would be. The level of disinterest from the reception staff was jarring. I cancelled my appointment, not because there was a delay, these things happen, but because the response from the reception team did not fill me with any confidence that my dog would be adequately cared for. If you cant get your customer facing right, what approach do you have when the customer isnt there. There are better Vets than this.

Took my cat in due to not eating a week ago.All the staff from reception,assistants, nurses and vets where brilliant. After an operation she's now back to full health .I cannot thank them enough

Had to get an emergency appointment, phoned 0830 got an appointment 1030. Waiting area very clean and spacious, receptionist very friendly and helpful, vet gave a thorough examination seemed knowledgeable and helpful nothing too much trouble, I have no fears of using again,if i cannot get into my local Arundel. I would recommend.
