Would never call our experience with this firm good. Looking through reviews Lorraine is quite nasty with her replies. Really! that's only the half of it, you can quite easily block most of your negative reviews, so I would imagine they have thousands of complaints. I will just say this, IF my complaint somehow gets erased I WILL continue to complain. Bought a van at 14000 , 12 months ago and have recently took it to the scrap yard. Court case coming up. Keep you informed

DVC are always amazing, especially Lorraine she is like wonder woman but like a doncaster version. Don't hesitate to rent a van from them.. lovely family run business . We love you guys

After my van being stolen I was lost, went from pillar to post trying to find something in budget and decent. Couldnt find anything, so I looked further afield, dreaded the thought of going from Blackpool to Doncaster to look at a van from dvc, however after speaking to Lorraine I knew just from the first phone call that they was good at what they do! After a couple of days the day came to get on the train for a test drive, it was the first time this year I felt relaxed, yep a couple of issues after point of sale arose so they gave me a brand new hire van to go home in, and delivered mine a short time later ( all at there expense ) I highly recommend this company to anyone , thank you so much to Lorraine and her team, keep the good work up
