Also they said I can go to any official garage or Nissan dealer to fix it under this warranty. But in real life nobody doing any jobs under this warranty. I try many garages they said we can fix on my own expenses.
Now I'm waiting 6 weeks for diagnostic and still don't know when carshop will fix it.
Update: after carshop diagnostic they can't find the fault because don't have equipment.
Mechanics there very unprofessional looks like working first day.
They just recommended me to go to Nissan dealer.
After Nissan diagnostic they found the faulty electronic thermostat. I send report to submit my claim but warranty prowider don't want to fix it they said this can't be thermostat and they have to call Nissan.
So question is why they send me to Nissan for diagnostic if they don't believe professionals??
After many calls and complaints they contacted Nissan and I have to wait 3 months till June for my part to arrive from Japan. Absolute nightmare.!!!
