We have had a really good experience buying our 'new to us' works van from Fleet Cars Direct. I felt really comfortable dealing with them, and I like their style of selling - no pressure and plenty of time to look over the van, give it a test drive and check out the paperwork (which was filed and kept immaculately - not like other dealers I could mention!!). As a charity it's really important for us to be able to trust dealers and have a reliable vehicle, so when we had a minor issue with the van battery this was sorted out immediately with no problems at all. Thank you for being a genuine seller in these trying times!

We bought a Hyundai tucson from fleet direct, and to be quite Frank the buying process was brilliant, BUT even at our age we shouldn't have bought the car without a V5 LOG BOOK PRESENT, because once we had the car then the problems began, and what should have been a simple on line transaction ended up with us not being able to drive the car for 6 MONTHS, with the DVLA helpful/ not helpful, and Mark/George being helpful/ not helpful, all in all we were without a car for 6 months, and when it was time to tax the vehicle, despite a promise of taxing the car for six months, we ended up paying the tax on the car and lost out,but the car is good and we can now enjoy it
