Great sevice Bought a car over the phone pretty much. This could have gone either way but when arrived the car had brand new tyres and wheels had been refurbished. Couldnt have been any smoother, no hassle and no pushy sales. Would 100% recommend

Couldn't be happier with my car choice unlike the aftercare service with a plugged tyre and shoddy workmanship. Daniel Feron hasn't dealt with my issues and lies about not receiving emails, plus doesn't call back, choosing to ignore the issues.

Fantastic service from Daniel from very first phone call, he was clear and accurate on the description of the Porsche Cayenne. Done was great job with the PX of BMW X5, he made the whole process of buying and exchanging easier. Service provided by Liam on the collection day was brilliant too. Highly recommended.

Purchased a car back in January but identified some damage in an inconspicuous area inside the rear door by the hinges. Once I contacted Hayselden to understand if they were aware of this and get a view of what condition this car arrived to them in (as there were lots of small issues that demonstrate some tactical coverups were done) Shaun Parker (sales manager) called me and was immediately defensive and saying it never left them like that and its happened in my possession. I explained how because of the location of the damage and damage type that this isnt a possibility (unless I just go round drilling holes into the inside of my new 30k) car and that I believed that their pre sales checking process may have gone wrong. Shaun is by far the rudest, ignorant and arrogant customer service individuals I have ever come across. He Would not listen, he spoke over me or would not even be open minded enough to talk through it all pragmatically with me. If this guy is representing Hayselden then I would recommend staying well away and buying your second hand cars elsewhere. Note: I wasnt even asking for anything from Hayselden other than trying to understand how the vehicle came into them originally and its history!
