Right Car Motor Group

I visited Right Car Auto Group after having had an awful experience with another car dealer who had sold me a vehicle which turned out to not be fit for purpose. I rang in the morning and arranged to go view the vehicle that afternoon. I was met by Asad who was so helpful and sympathetic to the situation I'd had with my previous "new" car. He left me to look round the vehicle myself with absolutely no pressure or OTT sales patter. After going for a test drive, I decided that I wanted the vehicle and paid my deposit. I paid the balance by bank transfer a couple of days later - at this point Asad started sorting out the Tax and Registration of the vehicle for me, together with the Warranty & Breakdown Cover. The car was delivered to my work place the following morning - I work in Leeds, and there was no issue at all it being delivered from Doncaster. From start to finish I was met with a friendly, helpful manner which was not pushy at all - exactly what I needed after my previous experience. I would 100% recommend Right Car Auto Group to others, and when the time comes for a vehicle replacement, they will be my 1st port of call. Thank you so much :)

I literally can not fault this company I seen a ford smax I wanted that they had they bend over backwards to help me and save the car till I got my finances sorted I would 100% recommend this company fantastic customer service full respect to right car motor doncaster thank you.

Me and my partner recently bought a white Hyundai i20 from this company, very nice salesman who was honest about everything made us feel very welcome especially after travelling a 2 hour car journey just to view the car. Would highly recommend this company for anyone to buy a car!

I bought my GTC 1 week ago and I could not be happier! These guys was so friendly and helpful and I didn't feel any pressure at all. They even gave me a call to ensure I got back to my home town after travelling to pick up the car, you wouldn't get this service from most car dealers. The car was cleaned inside and out prior to me purchasing it. I'm sorry I didn't get the 2 guys names that served me but I can't thank them enough. Excellent service and I highly recommend.
