I bought a bmw 3 series from peter, first of all when we went for test drive i noticed it pulled to the left, he said its the camber on the road we was on so i trusted his word but this was not the case after finding out later down the line. Said the car came with service history, when i picked the car up he said he had forgotten it and that he would send it. 3 months later still nothing been sent. On route home after buying the car i noticed when i stopped that one of the rear seatbelts had near enough completely torn. He said nothing about this when i was purchasing it. And also later to discover the front bumper underneath was completely cracked and coming away scraping on every speed bump i went over. Said nothing about this either. So all in all a massive lair i try to contact him but get nothing back whatsoever, if i knew i wasn't going to be getting any service history with the car i wouldnt buy it. Iv also said i will come pick the service history up several times but he is apparently never actually there at the dealership. Iv seen the service history so i know he has it but he just cannot be arsed to send it now he has my money. Wouldn't recommend suppost to be a approved dealer. What a joke

What a nice change to find an honest and easy to deal with car sales company. Peter made the whole experience of buying my daughter's car so simple and enjoyable and kept us updated throughout. As it was her first car he even went to the trouble of getting a ribbon put on it and a massive balloon to make it special for her. Nothing was too much trouble and he answered all of our questions making it an amazing experience. It is rare these days to find a company with such excellent customer service. The quality of cars on offer is equal if not above any we have seen elsewhere and the level of care taken to prepare the car for handover was superb. I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be coming back for my next car. Thank you for restoring my faith in car sales!!
