Needed a few trophies for my son. Great service, really helpful and reasonably priced. Would use again.

Unsatisfactory embroidery and service . The characters have blurry faces and one does not even have eyes. Id be embarrassed to wear this shambolic work wear. Nicola Happs did not say the embroidery work would be difficult before the order. She made me pay up front and when I saw the garments I returned all 200 of garments to Happs and she has not returned or refunded a penny. I do not even have any thing to show for the money paid to her despite return all of the work. How can this be acceptable? it is robbery

Brilliant service, by my own fault, left it really late, to get medals and trophies for a charity event, but a lovely Gentleman called Eric, answered the phone after hours on a Saturday, we discussed over the phone the options I had, and on the Monday afternoon I picked up 12 trophies and 40 medals, saving the evening, no thanks to me. Very good service and a pleasure to deal with.... The above entry was unfortunately never posted, my mistake, but these were for a charity event to raise money for our son who had Cancer. I was coming back on here to update my review. Unfortunately we lost our Son, but in H's memory we are looking to have some glasses engraved, I came back to See Eric, not sure if we can achieve what we would like, but as ever the level of service in what we are trying to achieve is excellent I'm not sure if we will be able to get what we want. But Eric will do his best for us. Very Friendly and always tries to accommodate. Kind regards Andy Peace

Extremely rude with no customer service skills, stitching unfinished, letters joined as they couldnt be bothered to do it properly, stitching loose and bobbled, I ordered in school holidays no timeframe given as to when it would be done so I phoned and a man said theyd almost finished everything and guaranteed it be ready for back to school, it wasnt I emailed the woman was rude on email and when I collected just basically handed them and walked off I took the pictures outside shop and in car, items also dirty and covered in bits and hair, I sent the photos on email and phoned ( she had left the shop at this point ) on the phone the rudeness continued with her sighing and saying well to be honest thats how they all run off, never once appologised or offered to sort just be wary or better still avoid
