First time i decide to use them on monday the 22 june 2020.
Ask them for 2 scaffold towers and i only get one...
2nd day my workers were waiting on the site for me to bring the second tower which i had to collect myself from Sheffield.
Frieday call them if they can come and collect the 2 towers on monday 29 june 2020, and Nicholas book me for 9.00 am. You can gess i call the 3 times that day and they only show up @ 16.00 ....in all this time i had one guy waiting for them on the site this was close that day!!!!
Few days later i have received 2 invoices which i payed them straight away. 2 weeks later i have received another 2 invoices saying i do still have the 2 towers rented and i have to lay for another 2 weeks. Argue with the accountant then went to the deposit to speak face to face. One invoice was cancelled and the second one still active.
And i just realised i was overcharged for the first 2 invoices which are allready paid.
