Cash for Clothes Doncaster

The server just grunted at me, I have never seen anyone so miserable in my life even if the place wasn't a complete rip off I still wouldn't come back here! I had literally 14 bing bags full of clothes and only got 15 quid for them. Absolute rubbish

Aw just needed to write a review for this lady who served me yesterday she was so busy but she still had the time of day for us always polite made me feel so at ease honestly by the time she had finished I felt like I had known her for ages.Thank you

I'd give it no stars if I could!!! Disgraceful customer service, attitude absolutely stinks! I had 5 bags of clothes mainly my daughters which she was throwing back in a manner of a toddler throwing a tantrum. a couple of the jumpers I had washed yesterday as they had been in the wardrobe for a few months, she had the audacity to throw it back and say they smell!!! then wouldn't clarify when I asked what she ment! so I'm guessing she wants old smelling stuff Absolutely disgraceful!! avoid at all costs. In response to your reply - it was around 12.30/12.45 my partner and daughter took the bags in as I stood out side the door!

I visited earlier this year and the assistant was quite ignorant and unfriendly, I thought maybe it was because she didn't speak English very well and gave her the benefit of the doubt. I visited again recently at 4.45 with only one small bag. As I pulled up she rushed from her seat (no other customers around) and slammed the open door shut, shouting no. I was so shocked. I have plenty more clothes to bring but I can't face this very rude assistant again. I have gone to other cashing in places and had a really pleasant conversations or just a smile and pleasant atmosphere. I'm sure this assistant is costing you business, people don't want to be treated in this manner. Hi management, I can see your reply but not sure where to reply to, so I'm adding it here...... Hi, The first time I visited would have been in May sometime but the second time Im quite sure it was Wednesday 27th July at 4.45pm. We had a friend staying that week and had taken her into Doncaster to visit friends, we called at the cash for clothes kiosk on our way out of town. I am really sorry for bringing this to your attention, I used to have a business in Doncaster many years ago and customer service was our top priority. If we had a member of staff who was not going the extra mile for customers we would give them more training immediately or if they wouldnt change, tell them they were not suitable for the job because we needed a good customer service and pleasant approach. It would have wrecked our business had we not dealt with it, we relied on customers giving us feedback so we didnt lose trade through bad attitudes and service. My wife runs a charity now, people donate clothes to us for us to either send for the kids we support or cash in. Anyway sorry to be the bearer of bad news but its better that you know so you can deal with it. I hope to be able to bring what Ive collected again soon, to a pleasant assistant.
