Booked a taxi online, here within 4 minutes and called to say the car was here, also texted the number plate and make of the car to expect. Driver extremely courteous, calm, efficient driver. It is a long time since I have used a taxi and I remember them being unpleasant, wow, this car was spotlessly clean, smelled nice and clean/fresh, the price was less than I have paid previously and that must have been at least 3 years ago. I felt safe being a lone woman and it also being the early hours and for me, that is the biggest plus. I am so impressed, well shocked really. Thank you to the driver, you're a credit to the firm.

The female receptionist is really rude and no human feelings at all. My children got 4 detentions for being late to school despite I always pre-.booked. Today was really bad we waited for 1 hour and never turned up No one in my family will ever used your services anymore and I will make sure tell all my friends as well.
