Drive Private Hire & Taxis - Previously Micks Mini Cabs

I had to use a taxi service for 8 days while I was without a car, this was to get my son to school.on time. Three of those 8days, the taxi was late which meant my son was late for school and I in turn was late for work. I had pre-booked all these taxis the night before so I think it is bad service when they are late. Will not be using them again, or recommending them.

Rude . Unpleasant/ cold . Had servicer user with autism and complex needs in car who had meltdown and later expressed due to feeling sad about experience with driver. They also lie about offering wheelchair accessible taxis I know another person had an experience recently in an NHS job accompanying patient to appt where driver had shouted at him to close the as "he was letting all air con out" .... I also myself and others have had drivers complian if it's paid for the I pay link . Yet it's drive who set that link and cars don't have card readers and not everyone always carries cash

AVIOD AT ALL COST KEEP YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS SAFE. Id not even give drive a star!! First of all the taxi are always late or simply just dont come. Office staff are some of the rudest individuals Ive ever spoken treating you like a child on the phone or arguing with customers when their taxis are late or cancelled. A real shock was when my pregnant partner was locked in a taxi on Balby road because the driver tried to over charge her wouldnt let her see the meter we know she was being over charged as this is a regular journey and made to pay more than the taxi fare the driver wouldnt let her pay via the payment link and insisted it needed transfer into his personal account. After she did this he kicked her out of the car not even near her destination. At 6am on a Sunday morning. We got assured by drive that this would be investigated and we would be contacted back GUESS WHAT NO CONTACT BACK WHEN CALLED WE CALLED TO CHASE NO MANGER TO TALK APPARENTLY HES IN YORK EVERY DAY SO YOU CANT ACTUALLY MAKE A COMPLAINT TO ANY MANAGEMENT.

Absolute joke I booked on the app and the trip was cancelled after I paid 9.10 I rang up and all I got was rude agents who didnt want to know will never use again absolute pathetic customer service

Disgraceful service. DO NOT USE. They steal your money. Drivers are abusive and rude. So manners. They turn up late or no show. Absolutely horrific service. Dont every use this company!!!!!!!
