I've used Venture a few times now and always found the staff to be friendly. The price is mostly cheaper than the competition, so I have started to use them more often.

Rang to book a wheelchair taxi. Said it would cost 40. The usual fare I pay is 17 to 20. Trying to rip off a disabled person is not okay.
