Would not recommend this company to anyone! If they had minus ratings I would have put that!! They cold called my mum who is a vulnerable adult- did not give her the chance to have me who is her carer the opportunity to attend the appointment and took 3140 from her- on checking the paperwork we were informed that it was not worth the paper it was written on- a letter was written to the company stating that she did not want to continue-they refused to reimburse her money and have not answered her letters requesting refund bearing in mind it was through cold calling to a vulnerable adult!!

Wasn't told that there would be extra fees when the bloke come round until i had documents sent through the post wanting more money. They are con merchants and was a con over all. As im getting more letter asking for more money what i refused to pay and wouldn't let me cancel as they kept trying to change my mind. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AS I LOST OVER 3,000 +

My mother was cold called and arranged an appointment with Jerry Carrington, luckily she told me about it so I was there. Jerry's presentation was good and clear. He did seem to leave quickly when I said I wanted to check the company's credentials before we would proceed (might have been my imagination). The money saving expert website advice was to check the Financial conduct register. Prestige tax and trust services were not on the register ! This and the other reviews have made my mind up to look elsewhere for financial help. I can recommend calling into your local age concern office, as they can recommend tradesmen and advisors.

Would never recommend this company to anyone. They never sent out legal documents when they should have which could have caused huge repercussions. They are well over priced and they cold call pensioners.
