Poor customer service. The lady at the till processed my transaction before I was able to scan my morrisons card. The cashier suggested to go to the kiosk to sort out the matter but the kiosk was useless. The lady there did not care about my request to load the receipt into my card to have vouchers and said it is my responsiblity to scan the loyalty card. Rubbish, a total lack of customer care, people do not care about customers. I do not believe Morrisons cannot add a receipt in my loyalty card, is just staff who are too lazy to do that.
