Brook Street - Doncaster

Probably one of the worst recruitment agencies Ive dealt with. They deal with the public sector as well so its tax payers money.

Contacting the Doncaster branch is impossible. Nobody ever answers. After raising a complaint, they said it was their telephone system and it was sorted. Clearly isn't! Due to start Home Office on Monday. All checks and compliance all done but have no information on where I am going or who I am seeing. Very unorganised and therefore yet another complaint raised. Communication is so bad, what will it be like once I start?? (if I start)

It's one the most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt in my life. If you call them they don't answer..I have called them different times diffrent days but no answer.I think an organisation like Homeoffice should seriously think and consider who they are hiring through because not answering your phone or responding to your customers queries online is unacceptable for any business. There is no way you can contact this place.Look for another agency or apply directly is the best option.
