Excellent, polite staff. Good choice of drinks, with very reasonable prices. A good mix of clientele (couples, young/old, male/female). The place has recently been refurbished and is pleasant and warm. The toilets were clean and in good condition. There is the games room, which tends to be busier, but has a good mix of clientele. And the function room, which is nice for a quiet chat, and has loads of seating. The outside seating is used a lot on sunny days and there is quite a large patio at the front. Parking is available in the car park. With it being a neighbourhood pub, most people walk, but there is ample parking and space to drop off. We switched here from a nearby establishment that was going downhill fast, and have been very happy to go back to the mallard after not visiting for a while.

60th birthday in the large function room All had good time very satisfied

Had my daughters gender reveal here They were fantastic and very reasonably priced we had about 60 people with space for more would defo use the venue again
